How we handle project requests.
Effective October 2, 2026.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone, email, property address, state, county, ZIP code, homeowner status, preferred language, project type, timeframe, and any project notes you choose to provide, and your contact-permission selections.
How we use it
We use this information to review service eligibility, understand your project, contact you about your request, and arrange next steps where available. If you select the optional automated/promotional call and text permission, we record your choice and the disclosure shown with your request. You can submit an inquiry without selecting that optional permission. You may withdraw it by contacting us. This website does not itself place calls or send text messages. We do not sell personal information through this website.
Email delivery and providers
Your request is emailed to our designated team inboxes using our hosting or email provider. Those services process the message to deliver and store it. If arranging your project requires sending your details to an independent provider, our team will discuss that with you before doing so.
Cookies and security
Essential session cookies help the forms and administrator sign-in work. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We use input validation and access controls; no transmission method can be guaranteed secure.
Retention and your choices
Requests are retained in our email inboxes as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain project records. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your contact request by emailing the address on our Contact page. We will review your request and any applicable retention requirements.
