Planning your solar project

Prepare the right details before discussing solar installation or system options.

Start with your goals

Describe why you are considering solar installation or system options, the problems you want to address, and your preferred timeframe. Separate essential work from optional upgrades.

Prepare property information

Have your property address, relevant measurements, current condition, and photos ready. Note any access limitations and questions for the provider.

Clarify the proposed scope

Discuss system layout, estimated production assumptions, equipment, ownership or payment terms, and maintenance responsibilities. Ask which items are included and which require a separate estimate.
