Planning your bathroom project

Prepare the right details before discussing bathroom, shower, or tub remodeling.

Start with your goals

Describe why you are considering bathroom, shower, or tub remodeling, the problems you want to address, and your preferred timeframe. Separate essential work from optional upgrades.

Prepare property information

Have your property address, relevant measurements, current condition, and photos ready. Note any access limitations and questions for the provider.

Clarify the proposed scope

Discuss layout, fixtures, tile, waterproofing, demolition, and plumbing or electrical changes. Ask which items are included and which require a separate estimate.
